Where do we deliver?
We deliver worldwide (USA, Canada, Europe, North Africa, Asia and Australia).
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery is always free.
What is the delivery time?
Shipping takes 3 to 5 days. Delivery is usually 10 to 20 days worldwide (except DOM-TOM where it can vary up to 1 month). We work directly with the creators as well as some suppliers and that is why our deadlines can sometimes be up to 5 weeks.
Who delivers?
Delivery is made by your local post office.
When will my package be delivered?
Your package is delivered during office hours (9am to 5pm). If you are not there, the postman will leave the package in the mailbox or if there is no access, you will have to pick up the package at your local post center.
How do I track my package?
A tracking number is attached to the shipping confirmation email. It will be used to track your package around the world. To track your package, use the website of your national post office (La Poste for France for example).
I haven't received my package. What should I do?
Your package is probably delayed by French customs. In this case, you have 30 days (from the date of shipment) to receive it. Beyond 30 days, you can request a refund or a commercial gesture will be made to thank you for your patience.
My package doesn't suit me, what can I do?
You can return your package within 14 days for a refund or an exchange. In the case of a refund, it will take 7 to 14 working days depending on the payment method. For an exchange, we will resend an item upon receipt of the returned item. BEFORE to make a return, contact us on Instagram or by email to discuss the terms.
Do I have to pay for the return?
Return costs are your responsibility. A refund is possible if the error is ours (defective product, wrong color / size etc.).
