RETURN AND REFUND

We have a 14 day return policy from the time of delivery.

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on our website. We reserve the right to change these terms without notice whenever deemed necessary and to use our discretion for any final decision on matters between our two parties if any.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our refund and return policy.

The following terms and conditions apply to any product purchased by You from Us.

Words whose initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions have the same meaning whether they appear in the singular or the plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • The Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to VULTECH
  • Goods means the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders means a request by you to purchase Products from Us.
  • The Service means the Website.
  • Website means VULTECH, accessible from https://vultech.fr/.
  • You means the natural person accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such natural person is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
  • There is no restocking fee.
  • There are no return shipping costs in the event the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier or otherwise defective.
  • You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs in the event of purchasing the wrong product, making a mistake on your part or if you no longer want the item.


Conditions : Product condition must be new and with same tag, packaging in box to meet our return policy.

The period for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will refund You no later than 15 days from the day We received the returned products. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for this refund.

In order for Products to be returned, please ensure that:

  • The products were purchased within the last 30 days
  • The products are in their original packaging

The following products cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods manufactured to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of goods which by their nature cannot be returned, deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiry date.
  • The supply of goods which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.


Only regular priced merchandise may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You to the extent it is not permitted by applicable law.

If the products were sent free of charge by Us and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit corresponding to the value of your product. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you by email.

If the products weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
